Bloomfield Village Transitional

Bloomfield Hills, Michigan | Whole-Home Interior Design + Renovation

For this Bloomfield Hills residence, we took the home down to its bones—reimagining the entire colonial for the way this family wanted to live today. The whole-home gut renovation gave us the opportunity to reconsider everything from space planning + architectural details to materials, lighting, furnishings and the smallest finishing touches.

Our approach was rooted in timeless over trendy. Warm woods, natural stone, tailored millwork, layered textiles + a quiet, collected palette create depth without feeling overly designed. Traditional references honor the architecture of the home, while cleaner lines and modern details give it a fresh point of view—creating spaces designed to evolve beautifully over time.

The result is a home that feels established rather than newly decorated—warm, layered + deeply personal. A reminder that timeless design isn't about preserving the past; it's about creating a home that feels just as relevant years from now as it does today.
