The Residences at North Harbor

Marquette, Michigan | Multi-Family Residential Interior Design

Set along the shores of Lake Superior in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, The Residences at North Harbor brings a fresh perspective to modern lake living. In collaboration with D’Anna & Associates Architecture, Greene & Co. developed the interior vision for this new-construction community of 150 condominiums—creating spaces that feel connected to the landscape without relying on expected lake-house clichés.

Natural materials, layered textures + a quiet, timeless palette take cues from the surrounding water, woods and rugged beauty of Northern Michigan. Throughout the residences and shared spaces, the design balances warmth with a modern sensibility—creating interiors that feel elevated yet relaxed and designed to live beautifully year-round.

The result is a residential experience rooted in place, materiality + the way people want to live at the water. Refined without feeling precious and distinctly modern without losing warmth, North Harbor offers a new interpretation of what Michigan lake living can be.
