Birmingham Modern Classic

Birmingham, Michigan | Residential Interior Design + Renovation

For this classic in-town Birmingham home, the renovation was less about defining one particular style and more about creating a home that felt distinctly like the family who lives there. We paired a timeless architectural foundation with transitional furnishings, vintage finds + collected artwork to create rooms with personality, history and a little bit of the unexpected.

Throughout the home, old and new live comfortably together. Tailored pieces are layered with objects that feel discovered over time, while color, pattern + texture bring warmth and individuality without overwhelming the original character of the residence.

The result is collected, not decorated—a home that feels evolved rather than overly designed. Because timeless interiors don't have to be predictable; the most memorable homes leave room for personality, imperfection + the things you simply love.
