Team One Credit Union Headquarters

Saginaw, Michigan | Workplace + Retail Interior Design | Coming Fall 2026

A new chapter is taking shape in downtown Saginaw. In collaboration with AKA Architects, Greene & Co. is collaborating on the design for the interiors of Team One Credit Union’s new headquarters—a ground-up workplace created to bring together employees, members + the greater community under one roof.

From branch banking and collaborative workspaces to cafés, meeting areas, a community hub + outdoor work environments, the design looks beyond the traditional financial workplace. Our approach blends high-performance function with hospitality, warmth + connection—creating an environment that supports the way Team One works while reflecting its long-standing commitment to the community it serves.

Coming Fall 2026, the new headquarters is designed to be more than an office or a branch—it’s a destination for work, connection + community, and a reflection of where Team One is headed next.
