Clark Construction Headquarters

Lansing, Michigan | Workplace Interior Design

For Clark Construction’s Lansing headquarters, the goal was bigger than creating a new office—it was about creating a workplace that reflected the company’s culture, history + the way its people work today. We paired the performance of a modern workplace with the warmth of home and the experience of great hospitality, using natural materials, layered textures, thoughtful lighting + comfortable furnishings to create a headquarters that feels distinctly Clark.

Designed around the different ways a workday actually happens, the headquarters balances spaces for gathering, focused work, collaboration + connection. From the hospitality-inspired arrival to the Innovation Hub and flexible hoteling spaces, each environment was considered not simply for how it looks, but for how it supports the people using it.

Throughout the space, materials, art, books + collected artifacts become tools for storytelling—referencing Clark’s legacy of craftsmanship while looking toward what’s next. The result is a highly functional workplace with a deeply human point of view: a headquarters that doesn’t simply display the company’s values on the wall, but gives its people a place to live them every day.
