423 N Main Street

Royal Oak, Michigan | Commercial + Common Area Interior Design

At 423 N Main Street, the renovation focused on reimagining the building’s lobbies + shared public spaces—transforming everyday transition areas into a more intentional arrival experience. Rather than treating these spaces as simply somewhere to pass through, we saw an opportunity to establish a stronger identity for the building from the moment you walk through the door.

A refined material palette, thoughtful lighting + layered architectural details bring warmth, texture and visual interest to the common areas while remaining durable enough for the demands of a commercial environment. Every element was considered to create continuity throughout the building and elevate the experience for tenants + visitors alike.

Because first impressions don't start at the office door. They begin the moment you enter the building—and even the spaces in between deserve to feel considered.
