Greene & Co?

Our shoppe connects our clients & community to traditionally what was “trade-only” pieces specifically curated for their design, quality, and function. Our vision is to help you curate & elevate your own spaces with high quality pieces that are not all over the Gram.

Returns + Cancellation Policy

All products are made to order or ship directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, SideDoor and/or Greene & Co are unable to take any returns, cancellations, or exchanges. All sales are final, no exceptions. If a product arrives damaged in transit please promptly (within 48 hours) take photos of the packaging and product and email those to info@sidedoor.com. for a resolution.

Delivery Details + Installation

All orders are placed at the threshold of your door unless you choose white glove delivery and installation. We highly recommend white glove delivery for any larger items, artwork, lamps, lighting, and fragile items. White glove delivery includes carrying the items up to the second floor, unboxing/crating, and light assembly. Standard local carrier delivery does not include installation.

Warranty

All warranties are set by the manufacturer and vary from product type. A copy of the warranty can be found under the product description, or we can request a copy for you by request. 

Who is SideDoor?

SideDoor is our partner that fulfills your order, coordinates all the logistics, and provides customer service support during the shipping and installation phase. You can contact them directly for any questions or concerns during the ordering process at info@sidedoor.com

How will I know my order has shipped?

SideDoor will send you an email when the pieces ship. Most is shipped via a local freight carrier. They will contact you when the order is ready for delivery.

Freight Damages / Claims

If your items arrive damaged, please take photos within 48 hours. Please take (1) overall photo and (2-3) close images of the damages, outlining the issues in an email and send to info@onsidedoor.com with your order number.
