Frequently Asked Questions, Policies,
Terms + Conditions

In Store Returns

Objects purchased in the store are returnable, in unused + new condition for store credit for all small goods, and stocked items.

 

Final sale and clearance items are not returnable or refundable.  

​

Non-stocked, custom order or special goods are final sale. Please refer to "Custom Orders' for more details 

Online Store Returns

We understand that sometimes things may look different online than in real life. We do our best to accurately portray color, size, etc.

Online returns on stocked items for store credit are available within 7 days of receiving the item. You are responsible for the cost to ship back the items, and the credit will be applied once the items are received in-tack.

Custom Orders 

Custom orders and special orders not stocked in our studio are final sale and are not returnable or refundable.

At times, items may arrive damaged during shipping which is why we only work with reputable and established partners who will work with us to remedy this. 

​

Email pictures and a descriptions of the damages to Designteam@GreeneandCo.online and we will work to resolve this with you. 

Shipping Damages

While we do our best to package delicate items, damages can happen during shipping. 

​

Simply snap some pictures of your damaged object and send those with your order number and a description of the damages to Designteam@GreeneanCo.online and we will work to resolve this for you.  

Measuring for Furniture, Area, Rugs, Wallcovering etc

It can be confusing to know how much to order. Email any questions to Designteam@GreeneandCo.online 

stop into our studio during retail hours and bring any dimensions or photos you have and we can help you tailor the right quantity and attic stock for your project.

Wallcovering, Rugs, Lighting, Furniture, and materials not stocked in our studio are considered custom/special order items.

Natural Materials

Many of our items are made from natural materials and vintage materials which means color and veining may vary from piece to piece. 

​

We do our best if you are ordering multiples of an object to select complimenting colors, patterns, and curate them just as we would for our full service design clients. 

​

Natural materials may vary from what you see on your screen & this is part of the inherent beauty of the items. 

These items do follow our return policies and timelines listed above.

We curate our top lines both in our studio + online, and we search out and collaborate with local and global artisans often, so these vendors may change from time to time therefore we do not publish a vendor list.

White Glove Delivery 

We offer local metro Detroit White Glove Delivery for large and oversized furniture and custom/special order items. 

​

Many of our rugs and lighting options can be shipped direct via UPS, FedEx and others across the US. For custom/special orders look at our Custom Page and fill out the contact information to purchase. Our design team will reach out with any questions and send you a final invoice via email for approval and payment.
